Feedback from our qualified trainees
Thank you all so much for your support this year. As you know it's been a biggie for me but this has definitely set the mood for my future! I'm so excited to have passed the course and your brilliant instructions and always being available to help has been so much a part of my achievement. You all are doing a fantastic service to the Real Estate industry – I love property management and feel so much more empowered with the knowledge this course has given me. Property Management is dealing with people and having confidence in the system and the RTA 1986 helps so much when speaking and communicating with everyone. Thanks again for all your team have done for me.Sandra Trotman, Landlord Property Manager
I just wanted to say that the experience I had training through your facility was second to none. The knowledge from the trainers were second to none, and even after several years of working within the industry, I was supposed at how much I didn’t know. David was always available to answer my questions and really challenged me to work it the answers which I really appreciate If you want to complete this qualification with suburb support I would highly recommend using this facility. One last thing I appreciate was the turn around with marking. When you put your heart and soul into a paper it was nice to know I wouldn’t be waiting long to get my results.Deena Lincoln, Watson Integrity, Palmerston North
Having recently completed the New Zealand Residential Property Management Level 4 certificate through Skills via Real-iQ, I would like to recommend, both this course and Real-iQ to any Property Managers or business owners in New Zealand. The support offered by Real-iQ was second to none and the webinars provided by David Faulkner were extremely helpful in completing the assessments. My assessments were always marked quickly by Real-iQ and as anyone awaiting results will know, this is much appreciated by trainees. Thank you again and I look forward to continuing to work with you in future.Lisa-Jane Robinson, FaceUp Real Estate
Using Real-IQ was great having somewhere to go for any help when needed and having David come and carry out workshops on hand as we were completing the paper was really helpful and also gave the motivation to help get it done.Cassandra Christensen, Tremains Rentals
Real IQ delivered clear, concise and methodical training for the completion of the NZ RPM Level 4 qualification. The trainer was available throughout the qualification to answer any questions and provided detailed notes and webinars for each module. Although I have seven years experience in Property Management, the qualification has proved to be a great learning tool to expand my knowledge of the RTA 1986 and the industry as a whole. Invaluable learning experience for any Property Manager!Katie Hague, Property Brokers
We had six of our team complete the NZ RPM Level 4 Certified training last year. This was based on 4 class room sessions. We found David’s teaching style engaging and informative and he also ensured it was enjoyable for everyone who attended. Would highly recommend Real IQ to deliver this great training course.Lisa Iliffe, Director/Business Development Manager, Bayleys Canterbury
Real IQ have been great to deal with while our team have been completing the NZ RPM Level 4 qualification. Their assistance and support throughout the 12 months was fantastic and their feedback and efficiency of marking was very helpful and greatly appreciated. The qualification is definitely worth doing as it gives you an in depth look into property management and forms a great basis of knowledge if you are new to the industry. Jennifer Chun, Assistant Property Manager
The New Zealand Residential Property Management (Level 4) qualification helped me to understand more about various aspects in the property management industry. The course basically covers everything with regards to a rental property such as legislation requirements, knowledge of the residential tenancies act, conducting a rental appraisal, advertising, tenant selection, in-going, routine and exit inspections, maintenance, rent collection, mediations, tribunal court hearings, tenancy termination, handling natural disasters, body corporate styles and many more. Being a fresher in the industry, I got an opportunity to know about all the basic requirements and David Faulkner was ready to help each time when I needed help. The assessments required some quality time to complete as we have to collect documents from the actual work place. David checks the assessments as quick as he can and he used to get back to me with the corrections to be made. The in-house bootcamp sessions were so entertaining and informative as we always had a number of attendees from different parts of the country and they shared their experiences and knowledge, their ways of handing certain situations. Sue Douglas, the director of Raywhite - City South Property Management advised me to attend the boot camps mainly because of the classroom interactions and the experiences I have got to listen from other people in the industry. I’ve understood that different people have different ways of handling the same situation where the results have been positive. I would strongly recommend everybody in the property management industry to do this course as I’m sure you will never regret. We have even had people who have been in the industry for over 10 years and they still found the course very useful.Sarath Prasad, Ray White
I recently completed the on-line course for NZ RPM Level 4 and have found what I learnt during this course to be invaluable to me in my role as Property Manager for Connect Realty. The course was very comprehensive and covered all areas of Property Management. The information provided in the learner guides was very comprehensive, informative and relevant. I found David Faulkner from Real IQ to be a great mentor and he provided me with helpful and positive feedback on my assignments. For anyone wanting to learn more about the ins and outs of Property Management I highly recommend the Real- IQ on-line course.Debbie Wilson, Connect Realty
We enrolled our more senior staff in the NZ RPM Level 4 qualification and attended physical classes in Christchurch with David. The 4 classes were informative, and there was a good amount of added value topic discussion in conjunction with the course information. There was a reasonable amount of work to ensure the assignments were completed in a timely manner, which should not be under estimated. We felt that the course offered exactly what we were after. It allowed us to continue extending and training our staff and we feel that being qualified is an excellent way to differentiate ourselves from other companies.Matthew Curtis, Bayleys
